You can create an account for free, but to buy credits to generate images or video you need a subscription. Plans start at $50 a month and include a fresh batch of credits every month. A paid plan is also what unlocks commercial use.

Budgeting a project requires that you estimate human labour and Showcraft compute in the form of credits per generation. Credits consumed is dependent on scope and ambition of your shots and style, the AI render model used, and the length and resolution of your shots. Each AI model provider sets their own price.

Generations cost a different amount from provider to provider. Image and video both have different resolutions as well, which affects cost.

Yes, but you get breathing room. Monthly plan credits roll over once, so you have two months to use them. Top-up credits last six months from purchase.

Yes. Once you have a paid plan, or credits you’ve paid for, you are allowed to use what you make commercially, and that stays true even if you cancel later.

Everything you bought is honored. Your early access credits stay valid for six months from purchase, and you don’t need a plan to use them.

Your plan renews automatically each month on the date you signed up, and we’ll charge the payment method on file. No surprises: whenever possible you’ll see what a render costs before you run it.

Any time, from your account settings. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that you can still sign in, download your work and use any remaining credits until they expire.

Top-up credits bought by mistake can be refunded within 14 days for the unused portion. Monthly plan fees aren’t refundable once a billing period has started, though local consumer laws may give you additional rights.

Nothing right away. Once you have no plan and no paid credits left, you have 90 days to download your work or subscribe to a plan before your data is deleted.

Storage is included in your plan which is listed under each one. We have however temporarily made it unlimited for all plans to celebrate going into full release. Enforcement will begin later this year.

Yes. Invite collaborators at no extra seat cost. They can view for free, and anything they generate uses their own credits. More collaborative tools are on the way.

Both. The models behind it cover photoreal as readily as animation.

Atelier is the in-house content team that exists to support and render animation services for enterprise partners.

You can hire the Atelier team to produce minutes of content, customize Showcraft with your IP, onboard your team.

Atelier supports creators through programmes like the Creator Program, coming soon. Otherwise Atelier does not accept unsolicited work.
